Adam Ondra Bolts new World’s hardest route at The Red

Adam Ondra shocked the climbing world recently by onsight flashing two 5.14d’s(9a) at the Chocolate Factory in the Red River Gorge: Pure Imagination(First Free Ascent by  Jonathan Siegrest) , and Golden Ticket(FFA Adam Taylor), both bolted by Kenny Barker.

This  weekend, Peter Lundgren reports,  Adam bolted a new line on the same wall, dubbing the difficulty as a “lifetime project”, presumably even harder than his 9b+ route Change in the caves of Flatanger, Norway. The first part of the route consists of  ”four or five boulder problems that [he] could imagine doing individually.”
